3D Scanning & BIM

3diastasis provides high-precision 3D imaging services using advanced 3D Laser Scanning and photogrammetry technologies. Through the collection of millions of geometric points and photographic data, accurate digital copies of monuments, historical buildings, archaeological sites and complex structures are created.

The mapping data is processed into Point Clouds, orthophotos, 3D models and CAD drawings, providing a reliable basis for maintenance, restoration, documentation and project management studies.

BIM & HBIM MODELING

Particular emphasis is placed on the development of BIM (Building Information Modelling) and HBIM (Historic Building Information Modelling) models for historic and listed buildings. These models include not only the geometry of the building but also a wealth of technical information concerning the structural elements, construction materials, pathology, maintenance interventions, state of conservation and the long-term monitoring of the monument.

EFFECTIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The use of BIM allows for more effective management of a project's information throughout its life cycle, improving planning, coordination between specialties, planning of interventions and making informed decisions.
